Hook's Bar-B-Q started with a simple idea: if you're going to smoke meat, do it right. That means low and slow, over real wood, with no rush and no shortcuts.

We've been a part of the Opp community ever since, serving neighbors and travelers alike who stop by hungry and leave satisfied. Our pit is always active, our doors are always open, and our sides are always fresh.
